Hey everyone.  Little bit of an issue with the home slider in safari.  I have been trying to figure it out but haven't had any luck.  The slides display fine in firefox but when I open the site in safari I just get the black background with the white loading dots moving but nothing ever loads.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Thanks for the response. I keep WP, Salient Theme and all plugins updated. I've had the issue since I started developing which was months ago so quite a few updates. I just decided to wait to tackle the problem. I don't know if it's a plugin conflict because I only had woocommerce installed in the beginning. I don't know if it's a jquery conflict or what. I guess I'll start going through plugins and seeing if anything is causing the problem. I just wanted to check with you guys first because you might know something that is causin this.

So I disabled all plugins, cleared the cache, shift refreshed and still not working in Safari.  I also have not messed with any core functions or templates.  Everything is as it was downloaded.  It seems it's not just safari.  It's only working in Firefox.  All the other browsers are just showing the black screen with the moving white dots.

    I'm stumped

Very strange... After hours of going through trying to find jquery errors and conflicts. I have fixed it and it was no error. I imported the dummy data and so it created the home slides. But there were no images for those slides. So when I had added images, there was one that did not have an image and it was causing all the browsers but firefox to only display the black screen with the moving white dots. Not sure if it has something to do with how the browsers handle the missing images. I knew it had to be something on my end. Anyways, it's working now so all is well across the board.
