1. Make sure you've deleted the old theme before uploading the new as it appears a few of your scripts are outdated.
2. In regards to the portfolio - please ensure your portfolio page template is still assigned in the page attribute box of your edit page screen for that page :)
Latest worked fine except that portfolio items are not visible on the portfolio page and nectar slider no longer works.

It works! Thank you. I overwrote the files rather than deleting all first and uploading.
