I have searched the forum witrh no luck, but could you please help me with video backgrounds? I have both mp4 & webm video files but you request a url to display these videos, can you tell me where I can upload these files to to pull them for content? Can I use dropbox? or Google drive? Or do I need to use Amazon s3 ? I have tried google drive with no luck.
Which version of Wordpress are you running ?. You can upload by going to media -> Add new and then copy paste the url for it and place it where you want. See Screenshot for reference: http://prntscr.com/3b52l4 .

You can upload them simply from the media library in wordpress backend.
