I am planning to add a section with Whisky Tasting notes to my website, and was wondering if I could use the Portfolio thing for that.
Things I want to achieve … add tasting notes and allow users to view notes based on 'Whisky Region', 'Whisky Distilleriy' and maybe also 'Whisky tastes'.
Lets say I create a portfolio, which has the Brands and / or Whisky Regions as categories, and the definitive tastes as attributes. Would I then be able to allow the user to filter on Brands / filter on Regions and maybe also on specific tastes ?
Additionally I was wondering if I would add something to a Portfolio, would that appear on the Blog as well ?
I know Portfolio isn't really designed for this, but it might be a good way to achieve the same thing if it's possible at all ?
Unfortunately this would require some custom development. If you really need this modification done you could head on over to Envato Studio which is a service from Envato that offers paid WordPress customizations. I'm sure a developer on there would be able to wrap this up for you :)
