I was wondering if it is possible to include a page footer on the Product Landing Page Demo installer?

Not sure i understand what you are suggesting here , Could you elaborate with a screenshot ? .

Can a footer be used with this layout?

Please remove the themeforest frame and provide a direct url as i am directed to the promo page right now .

You mean the FullScreen Page Rows Option . You can set a Footer in the Metabox Options ": http://prntscr.com/n52fwm .
