I love the Salient theme and I recommended it to many of my peers, but when it comes to building pages or even my blog posts, I prefer to use the Thrive Architect plugin (rather then WP Bakery).
Recently I ran into a problem that I tried to solve with Thrive Architect's support team, They said it's a theme compatibility issue and I should reach out to you.
The problem is the following: when I insert Youtube videos into my pages with Thrive Architect, the videos only show up in Safari. In Chrome and Firefox, there's only an empty block.
I'm sending a link to one of my blog posts with this issue. As you'll see when I inserted the video with the related Thrive Architect block, it doesn't show up. It's only visible when I insert it as plain html, but in this case the responsiveness is all wrong.
Please let me know if I can do something to solve this. I would love if Salient and the Thrive Architect plugin could work well together.
The Salient theme was built specifically to run with the salient page builder. Introducing another plugin I'm afraid will bring incompatibilities that would be out of scope for us to solve as support.
