    The Salient WPBakery Page Builder plugin uninstalled itself on the theme update and now won't go back on. It keeps giving the following error and now all of our content is broken:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data01/95/42349095/html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer_salient/

    Plugin installation failed.

    I FTP into the site and delete the directory and it just continues to timeout and bomb on the reinstall and then give the same error over and over again.

    Hey 

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. 

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.
