I am sorry but I am somewhat of an amateur. I noticed in the preview that there some examples of the secondary headers with menus but I did not find an option for that.
Also, is it possible to put some text is the header?
For the secondary menu you would have to create a menu and assign the location via http://prntscr.com/3a7e6u . As regards the text you will have to edit the header.php code.
