Having trouble getting the contact map to display on our site. All settings are updated in Salient Contact page editing area, also have chosen the correct Contact template in Page Attributes.
The following plugins are installed (The ones we're actively using are bold)
Seems like some woo files are missing and causing a JS conflict , see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/3a88qk . Might want to try re-installing WooCommerce.
Please update to version 4.0.3 .Also try updating contact form 7 to latest and turning off widgetkit for testing.
You can update your theme by downloading a fresh copy from ThemeForest, deleting the current version you have on your server and uploading the new.
It's recommended that you use FTP, but this also can be done with the WP dashboard if you prefer. The reason FTP is superior for this is because the theme won't have to be deactivated during the process so you won't have to reassign your widgets. If you're
interested in keeping up to date with the latest changes and fixes, please refer to the changelog: http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html
Also, remember to clear your browser cache after each update if you notice anything off. Old theme files can persist in your local cache and make you think something's wrong.
I am seeing this console error on your site : http://prntscr.com/3e7psj . Could you please make sure you have the highlighted files in the theme folder and deactivate and third party plugins. Also please deactivate caching as it could be possible that you added a third party plugin earlier then removed it but its files are still cached.

Just deleted WooCommerce completely (we're not using it and have no plans to sell anything on the site) problem still happening with contact form.

Deleted cache
Deactivated caching
Deactivated 3rd party plugins (Contact Form 7 and intuitive custom post order)
Re-installed latest Salient theme via FTP - ensured map.js file is in the js folder
Still having the issue. Will post login info in a private message, can't believe we've been at this for 2 weeks with no resolve.

Your Root Relative URLs seems to be causing the issue, deactivated it and its working now.
