Your page qualita http://provalingue.altervista.org/blog/qualita/ seems to display normally on mobile have you already sorted this? The Dialisi page looks bad because of the way you created it by using a 4 column layout with two being very tall holding all the content and leaving two empty. Doing it the way you have would require custom css work to get it to play nice on mobile.
Also, by enabling the mobile theme from your plugin or hosting company is deactivating Salient all together so I would recommend against that highly.

we built the website with the Page Builder. Some pages are not properly working on mobile. For example "Dialisi" and "Qualità ".
With Mobile theme disabled:
- home page is ok
- "Dialisi" and "Qualità " are terrible
With Mobile theme enabled:
- every page shows the CSS code
