    Hello,

    I put a heavy video on homepage. How can I display preview image before video is played for all supports and not only for mobile devices and older browsers ?

    Hey Again,

    Please have a look at this Article :

    Troubleshooting Video Backgroundsand pass the video through the online convertors. 

    Unfortunately there is no such preview image option available. Also we would not advise to put in a heavy video as it would delay the page load speed.

    Hi again,

    I compress and convert media in all versions but problem persist.

    Image preview already exist for mobile. Don't you think it should be easy to activate it for all media?

    I'm afraid that would require a bit of customizing to achieve, currently on mobile screens support it.
