If you visit https://gateone.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=3889&action=edit or any existing page and try previewing the page and scroll to the author box at the bottom you will notice that it appears as the attached, with a filled background which is wrong.
However, when publishing the page the issue disappears.
An inline css is not loaded in previews and only loads when you fully load the page.
The problem comes from the fact that some custom css that visual composer is producing is not loaded when a post is in draft. That is a bug with visual composer. For example look for the 'vc_custom_1507809141899' class inside the page source when viewing it draft and when viewing it published.
