Hello! For my website, I am trying to create a "scrolling row". In the attachment you can see two sections, green and pink. I am looking for a way to keep the green section exactly where it is at all times (like a footer, but I have tried making it the footer and it hasn't worked) while in the pink section, incorporating more information that one can scroll through. Would you be able to help me figure out how to do that?
