    I getting the following effect (see attachment) when I scroll all the way to to the top.

    Is there anyway to prevent this?

    I have "Force Transparency on navigation" to on. 
    Client wants this.

    It could be some top margin or top padding setting someplace.

    Can't seem to find it.

    See Screenshot : http://prntscr.com/i9h8j7 . You need to turn off the Header Resize Option  or Switch to the new Material Skin .

    Thanks for the response!
    The header resize was already set to off. 
    But changing the skin to Material help. 
    I think we are good.
