We updated wordpress and the theme. However, after updating WPBakery page builder plugin, the images used in a page disappeared (see screenshot of a page). How can we get them back into the page builder?

Another thing: because we had to upgrade to salient version 10, we bought the theme eventhough we already had it. That purchase was obviously not necessary. Since there was no indication of what version we already had (I looked through the files), I assumed that we had an old version. And since the "Buy license" button was not grayed-out I also assumed that I had the old version. 

We obviously dont need two of the same. How can we ask for reimbursement?

yes, the bakery page builder is active.

Hi, I think the interface changed that it looked broken to us: a component with one image, for example, shows the icon rather than the image itself (see screenshot). Is that how it should look now with the change?
