Updated to 4.0.3 and the "Edit Text" block in Visual Editor is not allowing Save, Cancel, or even closing. I have to hard refresh the browser every time.

I deactivated the woocommerce and contact form 7 plugins. That worked! The idea that there might be a conflicting javascript from a plugin came from this thread:
