Could be a browser cache issue. Could you try clearing your browser cache and check if you see these issues. Also try editing the site in a different browser then the one you are currently using.
Thanks for letting me know what the issue turned out to be :)
In regards to the translation query - those are all the needed steps, but we can take it one at a time and i'll walk you through it :)
Firstly, open the file wp-config.php which is located in the root of your WordPress install - so FTP connect to your server, locate that file and open it up. Once you're inside of it scroll down until you see
define('WPLANG', '');
There will be something set in the '' - please let me know what that is and we can go to the next phase :)
Hi there,
in your videos I saw about 30 different Elements to choose from.
On my page builder I can only see 9 Elements.
How do I find the missing 21 elements?
Thanks a lot!
Hey Keno!
Could you try deactivating all plugins and check if the missing elements show up. Activate one by one to find the cluprit.
All the Best,

I shut almost all off....the only ones which are running can be seen on attachment 1....and it still looks like on attachment 2.
Any ideas on how to get the missing elements?
It's the same on firefox and on safari....
Thanks in advance!
Could you try reinstalling the theme as well as turning all of the plugins off.
Thanks

Hey Keno - we'll need your WordPress admin login credential with admin user level access in order to take a look around :)

Hi there,
I found out by myself how it works to activate all elements in the visual composer.
Thanks,
Keno
Hey Keno! Sorry for the delay - I was going to log in again now but see you've changed the PW and sorted it. What turned out to be the issue?
Cheers
