I'm trying to optimize my website using the advie from Googe PageSpeed insights.  The main issue Google recommends I fix is "Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content"

When I try to optimize the javascript, it breaks the slider.  Can you tell me which js I need to exclude from optimization to keep the theme functionality in place?  I'd like to optimize the remaining js.

Thanks for your quick response!  I had trouble with "Better WordPress Minfy", as well.  In the end, I stuck with the Autoptimize plugin and just excluded these scripts from optimization:

jquery.js,jquery-migrate.min.js,modernizr.js,comment-reply.min.js,jquery.flexslider-min.js,jquery.flexslider-min.js

Not sure if that may be helpful to others who run into this issue!
