Error with Salient and WP Bakery

    Hi,
    Please see the explainer video I made.

    I get an error when I activate WP Bakery, on Salient.

    - Fresh WordPress (lastest update)
    - Fresh Salient from Themeforest (lastest update)
    - Fresh WP Bakery from Themeforest (lastest update)

    It have been a problem for many months now. Do you have a fix for it?

    Hi Joachim,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    It is likely you are not using Salient WPBakery Page Builder which is installed when required plugins are installed. If you already have a different version of the WPBakery Page Builder installed, you’ll need to deactivate it before installing the Salient version as only one version of WPBakery Page Builder can be active at a time.

    Hi,

    The 'problem' is, that I would like to use the original WP Bakery page builder, instead of Salient Page Builder.

    Is that not possible?

    Hey Again,

    This isnt a Bug, Salient is designed to work with our Customized Version of the WP Bakery Page builder .

    All right, thank you.

    Would it be possible to upgrade 'Salient WPBakery page builder', without upgrading Salient theme, in the future (if I only want to upgrade Salient WPBakery).
