The ticket you have referenced is not exactly what you are looking for . To resize the blog page post block you will have to alter the js as well as the css for the layout which would come under custom development. If you really need this modification done you could head on over to Envato Studio which is a service from Envato that offers paid WordPress customizations. I'm sure a developer on there would be able to wrap this up for you :)
It is 150 by 150 , see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/3ja15p . Though you need to increase it to 356by356 since that is as big as the thumbnail gets so that your images dont get pixelated.
I want all featured images on my blog page to be 150x150. I have a masonry layout.
I tried following the advice in the following ticket: http://themenectar.ticksy.com/ticket/139880/search...
That didn't work. My images were expanded to take up the width of the "block" for the post on the blog page.
Any ideas?

Tahir, I don't want to resize the blog page post blocks. I want all my images on that page to be the same size, 150x150.
You can see on the following page that all the images have different sizes: http://angrybrow.com/blog/

Tahir, can you tell me what changes you made?
When I look at the following page, the images are not 150x150:
http://angrybrow.com/blog/
They do look like they are all the same size though.
