I created my website with WP and Salient a few years ago.
Now i want to change my website, my WP is updated to version 5.2.2 but the visual editor from salient does not work anymore, it keeps on spinning but do not load.
My version of salient is 4.5.1
So I tried to update Salient Theme by using the Envato Market Plugin but it does not work.
Then i tried to update it manually, i downloaded the "themeforest-OrfkQqvm-salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress-theme" but when installing, it says :
The destination folder already exist. /home/remibigo/www/wp-content/themes/salient/
Installation has failed.
So could someone help me? I would like to update Salient from 4.5.1 to the recent version without breaking everything.

Hey Again,
Since you are updating from quite an old version we would suggest you setup a staging site and upload the folder manually via ftp and then make the changes on the Live site. This might help: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/upgrade-wordpress-themes-even-if-they-are-customized/ .
