    Hi,

I'm trying to get the images in this gallery to go edge to edge. Is there a preferred image dimension for this? Thank you guys for all of your help recently. It's awesome!

    Hey Nick!

Please see section 5.6 Masonry sizing in the user-guide which has the dimensions used and other info on setting it up: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient.pdf .

    Thanks

My sizes look correct for edge to edge. I'm selecting Masonry when I insert the shortcode, but still not going full bleed.

    Hey Nick!

Could you please re-check your settings and clear your server cache if you have some caching plugin as i can see no-masonry selected in the source as well . see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/3j2sfk .

    Thanks

What do you mean "re-check" settings? I have tried every combo of full width including masonry several times but still doesn't go edge to edge, even when i re-set cache. Are there settings other than the shortcode? I have been working on this for 3 days but can't seem to get any good answers to solve this. http://www.40visuals.com/home-ultra-extended/

    Hey Nick!

Please use the Visual Composer Portfolio Element to create the Masonry Portfolio. Also you will need to size the images as outlined in section 5.6 in the user-guide: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient.pdf .

    Thanks

I'm still confused. I tried the visual composer and it still doesn't work! The images are 1200x800 which should be large enough! There is like thin grey boards around them too.

  • Nick replied

Could it be a plug in that we have installed that's causing this?

  • Nick replied

Did you look at the image size? You should be able to tell me if they are sized right.

  • Nick replied

This is really frustrating. I've taken all of your instructions but it hasn't fixed the issue. i thought surely with my UN and PW you could walk me through this. You can see my image sizes so I ask you ARE THEY SIZED right? because the according to the PDF they are! I select full width masonry everytime and still seeing a light grey boarder around the images.

I have attached a screenshot. It looks like the div has a 10px padding all around. How do I remove that?

  • Nick replied

OKay I got it! Had some custom sode in the CSS that was scewing it up. Thanks god!
