OK. There is no Footer PHP located in the child theme. Is there an easier way to do this? Is there a way to add this text and link below the copyright?
You can copy paste the footer.php from the parent theme to the Child theme and customize it as per your needs. Please see: https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes .
How do I take the text and link "Created by: Marshall Pickard Graphic Design" and put it on the same line as the © text and make it flush right? I don't want it with the Facebook Icon as pictured.

You need to add the Text in the Footer Copyright Section and not in the Text Widget.

Unfortunately thats not possible without template level edits. You will likely have to edit the "footer.php" via a Child Theme.
