After updating to 4.0.3 and then wordpress automatically updating to 3.9.1 I've got some kind of break in my podcast feed. I use the plugin from BluBrry. Salient is fully tested with WP 3.9.1 and have had no reports of errors in the theme so likely the plugin is causing some issue. We would suggest you get a hold of the plugin developers and esquire about an update.
