I have cleared my cache multiple times using the SG Optimizer on Siteground and am not having any luck. I thought maybe its just something stuck in my browser, but other users visiting the site for the first time have the same issue. Any ideas?
Are you testing it on the Computer or the Actual Device ? . The ken burns effect is disable as well as other animation options on Mobile to not crash the Mobile Browser. Unfortunately its cant be turned on at the moment.
I am testing on actual device/phone. If Ken Burns is a feature on the desktop but disabled on phones, that is ok. The problem is, the Ken Burns effect starts on the first slide but is disabled for the other 2 slides. How can it be enabled for one slide on mobile and not the other 2? Is there some css or other code I can enter to make sure it is disabled on the first slide on mobile?
I am having the exact same problem described in this thread:

Gonna escalate it to the Developer so he may add in a response.

Hey Louis,
I just entered in a line of CSS that should sort this for you. Could you kindly clear your cache and try testing again?
Thanks in advance
It appears that worked. Thank you.
