The background youtube video in my row at the bottom of the page https://cbswimming.gr/ecommerce-creative-home-page/ does not play in mobile devices, in the past i had noticed that it did for quite some time. I need it for my project , can you pleese assist ?

check these pages that have both youtube urls for background videos in their rows.

The Youtube Backgrounds dont play on Mobile only the Self uploaded ones do .

No unfortunately you will likely have to use Third Party Plugins such as Revolution Slider.
