When I go to the edit text window, the content in the "visual" tab is not visible but I can see it when I go to "Text".

The text is there in the "Visual" tab but it is  white and therefore invisible.  And the insert media button doesn't work -- it will open the media library and I can upload and insert the image, but the image doesn't appear in the content either under "visual" or "text".

Plus I have no style editor on the "Visual" tab.

I'm at a standstill here so I've tried to get the help of my web hosting company and this is what they are telling me (see below).  Is this a theme issue since it is a woocommerce-ready theme?

Actually, I believe I found what is causing this. There is a query the the woocommerce plugin is running that is very long and is causing errors. If you scroll to the top of your error log you will see it.

So the next step would to reach out to Woo with that error and let them know that it is causing that issue for your install. They should be able to resolve it.

the host company still thinks it a theme issue since I deactivated the woocommerce plugin, cleared the cache, and the issue still persists.

im having the same issue. Theme forrest only shows 3.0.5 version?????
