I have implemented animated gif of waving hand on this page http://www.alicjamurphy.com/contact-3/. I can see it working when I am logged in to my CMS (see screenshot) but once I logout its not visible.
I also wanted to use animated gif as my favicon. The same situation, when implemented it works but as soon as I save changes in appearance customization panel, it stops animating. How to make it work?

Thanks for the advise. Clearing cache helped with the animated gif on this page http://www.alicjamurphy.com/contact-3/.
However my favicon still does not animate when I am logged out from CMS. Any idea why?
