    Hi folks,

I've added a 'Recent Posts' section to a column. The title label which links to the blog page presents the wrong URL.

It seems to add the slug for the blog to the end of the current page so...

    'http://www.armshousegroup.co.uk/web-services/socia... as opposed to 'http://www.armshousegroup.co.uk/our-blog/'

    Where can I change this?

    Many thanks,

    AG

    Hey AG!

Are you adding a "http://" to the url as not adding one usually causes this issue ?. Could you send us a screenshot maybe of the backend settings.

    Thanks

    Hey Tahir,

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure I know where you mean to add the http. Under 'Settings>Blog', the labels for 'Custom Recent Posts Title' and 'Custom Recent Posts Link Text' can be changed, but I cant see anywhere to add a URL.

In the settings for the recent posts shortcode, I only have options to choose a category and to display the titles.

Sorry if I've misunderstood, screenshots added.

    Hey Again!

Do you have "Relative roots url" or any such plugin that could be altering urls in particular. Also could you try deactivating W3 total cache .

    Thanks

    Hi Tahir,

I've just upgraded Salient to 4.1.1 and also disabled W3 and Yoast. I've also reset .htaccess to standard Wordpress.

I've removed the shortcode and added it in again, but the URL is still not correct.

Let me know if there's anything else I can try.

Hey Hyder! There might be a bug with this/certain setups - i've noted to investigate this for the next release, but for now just disable the title labels in the element and add this in above the recent posts in a text block to control the link manually:

Almost ready to launch! I hope you liked what I've done with your amazing theme.
