There's an additional "clear" class in this form. I don't know where it's coming from, but it's shifting my form down by the height of the clear. 

How do I go about fixing this?

I understand what you're saying, but there is no   in the code.

I saw the same thing you're seeing, but if I can't see it in the code, then I can't remove it...

I've contacted Gravity Forms. I have a developer license with them and priority support. Their response was -

I'm afraid we can't help with this one, that div is outside the form
so it coming from somewhere else, perhaps the post/page content or
even in template.

As you can see from this screenshot (http://prntscr.com/3oyoca), the space is displaying prior to the gravity form class. Would you mind taking another look at this?
