i asked you already in themeforest and you recommended that i should open a ticket here. My problem is that im not able to change the brackground collor for my the blog page. i already pasted the stuff u wrote me with no changes.
when i clicked on the visual Composer it i had to update it. Could that mabye cause the problem? otherwise i have no clue what u mean with trying purging my server chace and CDN. :/

Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel, Change the color value as per you liking.

I can not see the custom css on the blog page. Can try purging your server cache and CDN as well if you them setup.

Hey sorry i mixed up.
i understood u wrong. all the time i wrote the stuff in the css box of the blog page and not as u told me in the salient css box. Im Sorry.
Now everything is working great.
