Issue with Nectar Slider

    Hi there,

In one of the most recent updates, the behavior on the Nectar Slider changed slightly.  I used to be able to have a quote, i.e. a title inside double quotation marks as the title on a slide inside the Nectar Slider.  (You can see an example of this on the second slide on my homepage.)

However, I can no longer do so.  I can neither add a new slide with a quotation as a title, (such as "Wow, Morgan is awesome!") nor can I update a current slide to give it a quote as a title.  The system simply discards the title I enter and puts a blank in it's place.

I assume it has something to do with the way that the slider is handling the string and a leading quote (") messes up the handling.

Note that on a slide created with a previous version of the them (ex. slide #2 on my homepage) your system is still parsing and posting the title quote correctly.

How can I get this to work?

    Thanks.

    Morgan

    Never mind. I solved it.

For those interested in a solution to this, here's the workaround:

When you first enter your title on your slide in the Nectar Slider, you must use the html code for a double quote: "

So, to get -- "We think your services are amazing" -- in quotes as a title, you'd need to enter:

"We think your services are amazing"
