The Parallax Header are mouse based parallax and not linked with the scrolling of the page therefore its working fine on the mobile.
If you wish to create a parallax scene you can use it instead of a nectar slider via the Edit Row Option in Visual Composer: http://prntscr.com/3q6zze .
Hi,
We are having issues with mobile version of our site. Specifically, a couple pages are getting cut off.
The issues we are having are as follows:
1. The image is not scaling on the mobile device and it is getting cutting off.
2. The Text is not scaling therefore the text is getting cut off.
Do you have any solutions for the problems we are running into? Is it possible to scale both the image and text.
Also, is there an option to replace the parallax image that is set for the desktop and tablet and have one just for mobile?

How are you doing it for the Parallax Headers on the individual pages? (see screenshot)
It is scaling just fine for the mobile version and that is what we are looking to do?
Do you have CSS for that?
