The row is saved as a template. Could you make sure you are using the latest version of salient 11.0.4 and also its related plugins. If there is and update for the related plugins it will show under appearance \ install plugins after updating the theme to 11.0.4
If all the above checks out and you are still experiencing the issue then give us temporary admin access - username password with admin privileges - we check this from the backend.
when trying to save a visual composer row as a template nothing happens.
I click the grey ''save as template" button but it closes the pop up box

Thanks Andrew I had to update to 11.0.4 as I was on 11.0.1 so this has now been resolved and can be closed :)
