Try adjusting the WPBakery Settings : http://prntscr.com/qovssp . Also i saw you have a WPbakery Addons plugin.
Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
looks like you were correct the SeedProd plugin was in conflict.
I’m having another problem, the “one page” scroll feature doesn’t appear to be working. I have turned off all of my plugins to see if that might be the issue, however there has been no change…
