We are using Salient on top of Woocommerce. The two aren't paying nice so when people try to check out all the customer gets is a constant pop up box saying to first check the "terms and conditions" box. It won't allow you to check the box or enter your info to check out.
When I switch to the standard wordpress theme this problem goes away which tells me the Salient theme is the problem.
Do you have the latest version of Theme and WooCommerce . Also there could be a third-party plugin conflict. Can you please try deactivating plugins and test to find the culprit.
At first this was happening only with our theme, but was finally able to reproduce it on a second theme, which made it a plugin issue. The plugin for Stripe payment appears to have an issue with the ID/class on our theme.
