I'm asking because I seem to recall you telling another commenter who had problems getting Salient to work right with a then just-released update of WooCommerce (WC) or WP that he should not assume that Salient is compatible with just-released versions but to wait to upgrade WC or WP until you tell us that Salient is compatible.
Aren't WC and WP sometimes changed in ways that affect the way Salient works so that you need to update Salient to accommodate those changes? Or are we to assume that no matter what happens to WC or WP, that Salient will continue to work perfectly?
We fix compatibility issues as soon as they are reported or are found by us. Therefore the constant updates to the Theme. So you can rest assured if there is a compatibility issue we will update the theme . We also recommend using Child Themes for all theme changes so the changes to the site are not lost when the parent theme is updated.
Is there a page I can visit to see if Salient has been determined by you to be compatible with the newest versions of WooCommerce and WordPress?
Do you prioritize such testing?
Thanks,
John
Hey John!
Yes it compatible with latest WooCommerce and WP . If it were not we would not have more then 300 sales per week :)
Thanks
