    Hi,

How do I work out the height of the background parallax image to work correctly with the forground text.

    Please see:

    http://www.alunablue.com/stories/home-dev-1/

I would like the back ground image to cover the green color and parallax smoothly with the page scroll.

Where are the settings to do this?

How can I work out the image height?

    Thanks for your advice.

    Hey Raymond!

The issue you seem to be having is a known Chrome Browser issue. Please deactivate the Nectar Slider Parallax option so the Row Parallax can work correctly. The image height should be about 1000px height.

    Thanks

    Hi Tahir,

    Thanks for the info.

    Is the Chrome bug fixable?

If it's not fixable can I deactivate the Row Parallax just in Chrome? It looks great in Firefox and IE.

    Please advise.

    Hey Again!

Since its a browser bug only google can do something about it. We do not currently have any code to offer that would disable it in Chrome. Though this will be sorted in future updates. For now you will have to disable it i am afraid :( .

    Thanks

    Hi Tahir,

Many thanks for your prompt reply.

I'd really like to get the Parallax working in all browsers.

I know it is possible as I have seen several sites with parallax that work in Chrome.

    Example: http://www.offset.com/

Do you do custom work? If so, what would it cost to fix?

    Thanks!

Hey Raymond! It's a specific method of animation (css3 transforms) that causes the issue in Chrome. Please check out this ticket in regards to see more on the topic. http://themenectar.ticksy.com/ticket/128447/search...
