Since upgrading to the latest version of Salient the video background I have on the home page does not show and the loading throbber does not disappear.
I have tested in Chrome, Firefox and Opera and it does not work, however it works in Safari. I have not had a chance to test in IE.
I have tried using a very small video for the background thinking the file was just taking a long time to load but this makes no differnce.
Can you please try our coding video to test: http://themenectar.com/demo/salient/wp-content/upl... Also try pressing F12 in chrome to check for any console error which would appear in red on the bottom right side. Also can we have a live url to check and see the issue.
Do you have the latest Theme version 4.1.1 ? . I am on a dynamic ip address. I believe there is a setting somewhere to get notified via email if a response is added to a ticket.

Same result using coding.mp4.
No errors from the console.
The site isn't live yet and is requires login credentials to view. However I can put your IP address on the whitelist, would that be ok?
Sorry for the slow response - is there a way that I can watch this ticket / get an email when it is replied to?

I am using the latest version of Salient (4.1.1) it was since this upgrade that my issue began.

As your IP is dynamic I will set you up as a user and supply you credentials.
