    Hello- 


    I've read through all the documentation on importing a Demo and although it says the import was completed, the demo isn't fully transferred. None of the media, sliders or pages are fully done. 


    I tried to troubleshoot and import manually and received the error attached after assigning the author and checking the box for download all attachments. Please advise. I just purchased about an hour ago.

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Hi Andrew - I changed all of the inputs to have a minimum of what you suggested, and still couldn't manually import the demo. Could there be something else? Strange that the demo's say it successfully imports but the page is bare bones and very little actually looks anything like the demo. 

    If you're drawing a blank, open to creating a private ticket and allowing you to access the backend. Im honestly not sure what the issue is. I've configured many themes so this issue is new for me.

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    It could be that demo has already been imported homepage has not be set as ront page.

    Go to Settings > Reading and change to display a static page and not your latest posts.

     You can share username and password with admin privileges. so that we can check

    Hi Justin,

    I logged in and everything was imported successfully. I noticed you have imported the agency and ascend demo and you can choose any page you like to appear as homepage in Setting > Reading. Note that the images are not imported for copyright reasons.

    I have set the agency homepage to appear as front page. You can edit to add your content and images. Let us know when you get stuck.
