    Hello Theme Nectar :)

    I am having problems with Contact form 7 lately. All setting up and customisation work, but when I press the "send" button the spinning icon appears and stays permanently with no action.

    As I read that other people had similar problems, I disabled all other plug-ins, then deleted the contact form plug-in and re-installed it, but no luck :(

    What can I do?

    Hi Tahir,

    I went through the FAQ and it seems to suggest a conflict with other plugins.

    I already disabled all other plugins and deleted and re-installed the contact form 7 plug in via the Salient interface.

    The other FAQ suggestion is of a Theme conflict, but I know this not to be the problem as it was working before.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hey Roberto!

    The reason could be your server SMTP configuration. Can you please try switching to default theme and check .  Please see: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/contact-forms-n... .

    Hello, 

    Unfortunately I was not able to manage to get the Contact Form 7 running at the end.

    I tried my best by following the steps as suggested, to no avail.

    As such I decided to test other contact forms and managed to install one that works well, I copy below the link for all those incurring the same problem.
