    Hi !

Thx for Salient ! Great Theme !!!

Just a little issue with the Nectar Slider background.
I upload 100% quality jpeg pictures, but they have a very bad quality on front-end...

    Nothing found on this forum...
    Any idea, please ?

    Thank you !

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all.

    Images are still blurred

See the nectar slider in this page, on another of my web sites :
    https://venturemediaservices.com/portfolio/orcherstra-studio/
    T
he single images below are ok.

Issue seems to be with nectar slider.

I'm unable to find a solution.
I only find this issue on my sites with salient installed, each time with Nectar Slider.

    There must be a solution.

    Any idea, please ?

    Hey V-M-S,

    1. On https://mygenius-copropriete.com/ It looks like you're uploading photos that are too short for the height you're set on the Nectar Slider and are this scaling up and loosing quality in the process. You've uploaded photos that are at 450px by 1920px, and when using the flexible slider height as you've set, you will need to provide the image at a taller size.

Please use the calculator at the bottom of the Nectar Slider docs here to get the exact dimensions you will need for your image depending on the height you're specifying for the Nectar Slider: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/nectar-slider-plugin/ - plugging in your current image dimensions, the Nectar Slider height would need to be set to 375 to get a non cropped/crisp display.

    2. On your second site, the same applies however additionally the Nectar Slider is set to use parallax and it is not a top level element on the page. In this instance, the image will get stretched even further (and will need an even taller image to remain crisp.) If you disable the parallax option on https://venturemediaservices.com/portfolio/orcherstra-studio/ you should see an improvement without changing anything else.
