The Bakery Builder / visual composer that Salient ships with conflicts with Yoast.
It only happens on some posts, but mostly our events and webinars category posts. The Yoast social module won't appear or allow us to edit it as seen in the screenshot.
Yoast ran diagnostics and they determined it was the builder plugin. Additionally, when we setup a staging environment and disabled the builder plugin we had no issues. Please advise.
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
Also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
After doing the update, delete your current copy of the Salient WPBakery page builder and reinstall it via the install plugins section in order to get updated version
okay so it worked for one day and now it went back to not allowing me to change the social again. I dont understand whats going on? It works for some fine and then others nothing at all. Our company is posting events and webinars each week so i need this issue fixed or im going to have to consider another builder and theme.
