I purchased the Salient theme and really like the Frostwave template - how do I change the main image on the home page from the blurry mountains - is that possible?

Thanks for the quick response, but I could use some more help. See the attached layout I'm trying to do for my home page. I can't figure out how to get the replace the image behind the "this is salient" box.
