Hi -

I have set "recent posts" as my home page. I wanted to add in two simple changes:

• In the post summary, I want only the author byline and category to appear, NOT the "NO Comment" or any kind of comment counter. I tried to look into the templates to see how this is being rendered, but had no luck. All I want to do is nix the "No Comment" part of the post byline. 
  

It would be nice to be able to add a slider on this page. The Home Slider options doesn't work. Any idea how I could add a slider to this page?

Ok, I found out how to nix the "no comments" ... but I still have no idea how to get the home slider or nectar slider to appear on this page
