    I am having connection errors/blank screen when updating pages or making changes to Salient Options or other plugin settings. I have disabled/re-enabled all 3rd plugins and still have issue. Issue goes away when I switch to 2020 Theme. I currently have  Salient Version 10.0.1 installed. /public_html/wp-admin/error_log shows errors thrown by js_composer_salient, I have deleted and re installed.

    Hi there,

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. 

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    Please update to Salient Theme Version 11.0.4 and Salient WPBakery Page Builder 6.1 . 

    To get a list of Bug Fixes and new Feature addons in the Latest Theme update,  the changelog can be viewed here : http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html .

    Update the theme by following this guide: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/important-salient-update-for-new-envato-requirements/ and http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/

    • memory_limit 512M
    • post_max_size 128M
    • upload_max_filesize 1G

    Updated to 11.04. Clear browser Cache and WP Cache - still experiencing lags and freezes/grey screen.

    Hey Again,

    Did you get a response from the hosting provider ? .Connection Time out is a server side issue so you will have to get it fixed from them or switch to a more reliable Hosting Provider.

    Host Godaddy tested and couldn't reproduce problem. Now second website with Salient is experiencing timeout and 502 errors: www.jettexhibits.com
