Could you investigate if the same issue happens with other third party plugins deactivated. If it stopped the activate one after the other until culprit is narrowed down.

I noticed you are using a Child Theme with css overrides. Could you switch to the Parent Theme and check if that resolves the issues. 

Also the Child theme would have to be revised if it was created before salient 10.5 . Please see: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/important-salient-update-for-new-envato-requirements/ .

Yes try switching to the Parent Theme and try to use the Built In Theme Options as much as you can instead of customizing it. 

Also the Issues are likely occurring due to the New Salient 11 update that changed all the underlying code to make it compatible with the new Envato Guidelines.
