    Hello,

    It looks like something is obstructing my background from zooming out on page load. Could you help me diagnose this please?

    Could you allow us to login to your website and investigate that. We will need username and password with admin privileges.

    Hi Casey ,

    Could you help us investigate if the same issue happens when you deactivate other third party plugins. If the issue stopped then you can know the culprit by activating one after the other until it is narrowed down.

    We cannot deactivate without your permission.

    Disabling non salient plugins fixed the issue. Sorry & thank you.
