I would like to display a Terms and Conditions checkbox and have a separate text field which is hidden until the checkbox is checked.  Can anyone recommend a way to accomplish this?  Thanks!!

Thanks for the reply.  That plugin, Agreeable, only lets you place a Terms and Conditions checkbox on a login and/or registration page.  I want to be able to place a T&C box  on a normal page, and I'd like for the checkbox to control the visibility of a separate element.  For example, I have used the Nectar shortcode to create a button in a text box.  I'd like to hide, or disable but preferably hide, that text block or row all together so that it is not displayed at all until the checkbox is checked, only then revealing the row/text box and embedded button.  Any ideas?
