This solved another issues I had :-) Many thanks! And the arrow that leads back is also there. The only thing it didn't solve is the arrow that leads to content below. I think about something like that:

The issues I have now is, that the links at the header don't work if you press "Impressum" or "Datenschutz" in the footer: https://martinakraegeloh.de/ The links open in a new tab, the header is there, but if you press "Start", "Angebot" or "Über mich" nothing is happening.

I am using the theme Business 3 and would like to insert a down arrow that leads to content below and if possible an arrow that leads back.

That arrow can only be found in the Page Header or Nectar Slider Elements.
